Enterprise Management Overview
The enterprise is led by Mr. Thabo Khateane, who serves as the Director, working collaboratively with Ms. Thatohatsi May, the Creatives Officer. Together, they are responsible for driving the company’s marketing efforts, as outlined in the organisational structure, while actively seeking a candidate with advanced marketing expertise to strengthen their team.
Mr. Thabo Khateane holds certificates in Public Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Business Management, with a focus on Business Management and Accounting. His leadership extends beyond the company, as he has mentored students from various schools across the Free State and the University of the Free State, reflecting his passion for teamwork and youth development. He is currently pursuing an Honours degree in Entrepreneurship. Mr. Khateane manages day-to-day operations, ensures high-quality service delivery, and oversees all final decisions, requisitions, and contracts.
Ms. Thatohatsi May holds a Diploma in Financial Information Systems and has a background in Internal Auditing. She plays a dual role in the enterprise: managing the financial record-keeping and compliance, and overseeing the company’s public image and brand presence. Her responsibilities include preparing accurate financial records, ensuring timely tax submissions, and assessing financial operations for efficiency. Ms. May is also enhancing her professional qualifications by pursuing a postgraduate certificate in Assessment, Facilitation, and Moderation.
